- Guarantee does not apply for the following rate types:
- Rates that are not publicly available (negotiated corporate or group rates)
- Discount rates such as AAA, seniors, military, etc.
- Package rates that include additional amenities
- Rates negotiated for extended stay longer than 30 days
- Pre-paid rates
- Rates that are available on auction websites
- Rates on websites that do not disclose brand, such as Priceline or Hotwire.
Avanti Palms rate and comparison rate must be found within 24 hours of booking for the same hotel, same room type and same reservation dates.
