Book Now Leave your car parked in our lot and jump aboard the shuttle. Shuttle service is included with your room at Avanti Palms Resort & Conference Center and allows you to avoid the hassle of driving and parking at popular theme parks and nearby shopping outlets.
Reservations are required and booking opens 24 hours in advance and is on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are required and must be made in person at the Universal Vacation Planning Center located in the hotel lobby up to 30 minutes prior to departure. Not valid for Special Events, Groups, or Early Park Admission. ADA reservations are required 24 hours in advance.
Scheduled Theme Park Transportation is provided based on regular park operating hours* (it does not run continuously) to Universal Orlando theme parks, SeaWorld Orlando®, and Aquatica™. Seating/standing space is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are required and must be made in person at the Universal Partner Hotel Vacation Planning Center located in the hotel lobby one day in advance, and up to 30 minutes prior to departure. *Not valid for Special Events, Groups, or Early Park Admission.

Departures to Universal Orlando Resort are at 8:15 a.m., 9:55 a.m. and 11:55 a.m. daily.
Returns from Universal Orlando Resort are at 5:00 p.m., 6:25 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. from the transportation hub at Route D.
Transportation to SeaWorld® and Aquatica is from the Universal Orlando Resort Transportation Center. The shuttle departs from and returns to Spot #49.
The SeaWorld® shuttle will depart from the transportation hub at Universal at 10:05 a.m. and will return at 7:35 p.m.
The Aquatica shuttle will depart from the transportation hub at Universal at 10:05 a.m. and will return at 7:30 p.m.
Shuttles to Walt Disney World® depart from the porte-cochère at Avanti Palms daily.

Guests can transfer to Hollywood Studios via the Skyliner from Epcot or a Disney Bus from the Transportation and Ticket Center.
Scheduled times are departure times. Reservations are required 2 HOURS PRIOR at www.themeparkbus.com. The shuttle departs promptly at the scheduled time. Please be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes prior to departure time. Shuttle operates on a first come, first served basis. Seats are limited. Neither FBS nor your hotel will be held responsible for any missed pickups or getting off at the wrong location. No reimbursement for alternative transportation. Groups of 13 or more MAY NOT use the shuttle. Smoking, food, or drinks are prohibited at all times. Luggage other than handbags or strollers is not allowed on the shuttle. Pets are prohibited from riding the shuttle unless they are ADA assistance animals. Due to heavy traffic, shuttle may have a possible delay. Contact the dispatcher if shuttle is delayed more than 20 minutes. Handicap services must be scheduled 24 hours prior.
